Blowfish equipment is built for professional use in demanding environments. Because of the nature of this equipment, we do not accept discretionary or buyer’s remorse returns. We stand behind what we manufacture. If your blower requires service or qualifies for warranty coverage, we will take care of it.
Return Policy
Blowfish Smoke Test Solutions accepts returns for approved warranty claims and authorized repair service only. All other sales are final. If you are unsure about product compatibility or have questions, please contact us before purchase.
Inspection Fee
Blowers submitted for repair (outside of warranty) are subject to a $50 inspection fee. If you approve the recommended repair, the inspection fee will be credited toward the total repair cost. If you decline the repair, the inspection fee covers evaluation and handling.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all inbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, and proper packaging to prevent transit damage. Blowfish is not responsible for damage occurring during shipment to or from our facility.
Safety Requirements for Shipment
For safety and compliance reasons: Any blower powered by gasoline or other combustible fuel must be fully drained of fuel and oil prior to shipment. Any blower that uses liquid consumables must be completely drained prior to shipment. Failure to comply will result in refusal of delivery.
Consumables
Warranty claims for smoke pellets and smoke fluids must be submitted at the time of purchase, prior to use. Consumable items are not eligible for return once opened or used. If you believe a consumable product is defective, do not dispose of it. Photograph the product, retain proof of purchase, and submit a Service Request.
